Pittsburgh Penguins GM Kyle Dubas has struck again, stealing yet again another staff member from the Toronto Maple Leafs, and fans are fed up. Dubas just seems to love poaching staff members from the Leafs. He did it a few weeks ago with Wes Clark, and he's done it yet again with Chris Roque. The Leafs are sure going to miss Roque's scouting, as he was one of the better ones in the league. The Penguins are lucky to have him.

Roque and Dubas used to work together in the OHL nearly a decade ago with the Soo Greyhounds. Roque was a scout for the team, and when Dubas ended up joining the Maple Leafs as GM, he dragged Roque with him. They are now going to be working together for a third time in their professional careers with the Penguins.

Dubas has had an eye for good talent over the years, so that's exactly why he went out and poached Roque to join him for a third time. Roque has a lot of experience working with young players in the OHL, and he transitioned to the NHL at the same time as many of them did, so he is also very familiar with today's current rosters of NHL teams. The Penguins will be counting their blessings they have Roque on their side come next year's NHL entry draft.
