Last season's Vezina Trophy winner and Starting goalie for the Bruins Linus Ullmark showed off a new mask design on Twitter. The Leafs-Bruins rivalry is a tale old as time, right up there with the best sports rivalries of all time such as the Yankees and Red Sox. The rivalry remains just as strong as ever thanks to both teams finding recent regular season success. As a result they've found themselves facing each other in the playoffs quite regularly. Ullmark's new mask pays tribute to a key moment from one of those recent matchups. show_image_317420_5 show_image_317421_5 Here you can see the mask features the Bruins celebrating an overtime winning goal from game seven against the Leafs in 2013.

Ullmark Honors Bergeron and Slams Leafs At The Same Time
It would seem that Ullmark wanted to pay tribute to his former captain Patrice Bergeron, who retired at the end of last season. This new design could also be seen as a shot at the Leafs though as the celebration on the mask is from one that came from the Leaf's elimination The Bruins-Leafs will be must-watch television this year. With Toronto adding grit in Ryan Reaves, Max Domi, and Tyler Bertuzzi, they look to establish a new identity this season. With Lucic back in Boston, there is a lot of potential for rough stuff between these two teams. As seen on House of Hockey - BREAKING: Ullmark Delivers The Ultimate Jab At Toronto With Newest Mask
