A coach recently gained widespread attention on social media for assaulting one of his assistants in front of 7-year-old children, and now he is about to face the consequences.

Head Coach Set to Lose Job After Attacking Assistant During Pre-Game Ceremony

A video recently went viral showing a Russian coach, Pavel Platonov, physically assaulting one of his assistants during a children's hockey game.

As a result of his actions, Pavel Platonov is now paying the price.

Per the team, Pavel Platonov has been suspended from work, and in the coming days the employment relationship with him will be terminated.

Platonov has also issued a statement taking full responsibility for his behavior.

This incident is extremely disturbing and should never occur, espcially in front of children.
