It looks like the Jonathan Marchessault era in Vegas has come to an end. The Golden Knights' 2023 Conn Smythe Trophy winner and Stanley Cup Champion didn't agree to an extension. While some regression might be expected—he shot 4.2% higher than his career average last year—Marchessault has been a key player for the Golden Knights over the past seven seasons and was instrumental in their Stanley Cup triumph.
