Today a new report has revealed how Evander Kane feels about his future with the Edmonton Oilers and gives a major update on his health. During the Stanley Cup Playoffs the Edmonton Oilers were missing Evander Kane due to an injury he suffered in one of the early series. Since the end of the season, there have not been many updates about his health. On top of his injury, many wondered if the team would trade Evander Kane after new General Manager Jeff Jackson added forwards like Jeff Skinner. He recently bought a home in Edmonton and wants to be part of what the Oilers are building. <q>Based on reports we've gotten over the last 48 hours @EdmontonOilers forward @evanderkane should be fully recovered & healthy by September when training camp opens up. Kane has been able to do some activities, he's been golfing with his friends in Edmonton & enjoying life as he should be. He's also built a new home in Edmonton & the community has treated him very well as he's also treated the community well in return. It's been a great fit for both sides. He wants to be apart of this winning culture, he's been adding to it since be got to Edmonton. The health is the most serious thing here, it sounds like it's been getting better for Kane.
