Carolina Hurricanes general manager Don Waddell seems to be looking for a solution in front of the net. Antti Raanta didn't get the job done and was voted out of the lineup yesterday. After giving Jaroslav Halak a professional tryout this season, Waddell is about to give a veteran goalie another chance. As reported by Elliotte Friedman, the lucky man is none other than Aaron Dell. Dell, 34, has 130 games of NHL experience. He played four games with the Sharks last season and 38 with the Barracuda in the AHL. In his career, he has maintained a 2.92 GAA and .905 save percentage in the Bettman Circuit.
