Tom Wilson is closing in on 100 career fights in the NHL as he took on Ottawa's Mark Kastelic at the end of the second period of tonight's game between the Caps and Sens.
Wilson Takes On Kastelic
The fight came after Kastelic laid a hit on Capitals defenseman Rasmus Sandin late in the second period. The hit itself was relatively mundane and Sandin skated off no worse for wear. Wilson, however, was not buying it and he immediately skated towards Kastelic and emphatically shook off his gloves. Kastelic obliged, accepting the fight.

It was a relatively tame fight with neither player able to establish a clear advantage. Wilson was able to get his arm free for some late punches, but chose to let up as Kastelic was in a vulnerable position with his face up against the boards. The Capitals currently trail the Sens 6-1 late in the third period.
