A cottage fire in the province of Prince Edward Island over the weekend has sadly killed one hockey player, and severely injured three others. What was supposed to be a weekend of fun has quickly turned to tragedy following the <a href='https://freshheadliners.info/2024/07/15/noah-latimer-a-truro-bearcats-ice-hockey-player-from-halifax-ns-has-sadly-passed-away-following-a-fire-accident-in-cavendish-pei/' class='lien_marqueur' target='_blank' rel='noopener'>death and injuries due to this fire</a>. It appears the player to have succumbed to his injuries is Noah Latimer of the Cole Harbour Colts in the Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League. <q>Three people who escaped the fire were injured, one with serious injuries. Once the fire was extinguished by the fire departments, human remains of one person were discovered inside. The scene was held by the RCMP and the investigation is ongoing.</q> <q>We are absolutely heartbroken to hear about the tragic accident involving 4 of our alumni this past weekend resulting in the loss of one of our own. Noah Latimer played parts of 2 seasons with the Bearcats in 2021/22 and 2022/23.
