Appearing on Eliotte Friedman's podcast 32 Thoughts, Jesperi Kotkaniemi was asked about his fondest memory of Carey Price. The CH alumnus began by saying what everyone knows, that Price is a reserved guy of few words. However, he's quite a leader. When the Habs were trailing 3-1 in the series against Toronto in 2021, Price stood up in a Game 5 intermission and delivered a speech that changed the course of the series. Of course, we know the rest: the Canadiens closed the gap, won the series and went on to the Stanley Cup Final as the Cinderella team.

Jesperi Kotkaniemi on 32TP was asked his best Carey Price story, says he's a pretty quiet guy, but when they were down 3-1 to Toronto, at the intermission of G5 he spoke up and said some things, was the turning point in the series according to Jesperi.- NHL Watcher (@NHL_Watcher) May 29, 2023
