The Montreal Canadiens have submitted defenseman Arber Xhekaj to the Laval Rocket, but it's only for technicalities. For payroll and LTIR reasons, Joel Armia is still a member of the CH and Xhekaj is not, as Marc Antoine Godin explains. <q>On paper, the Habs sent Arber Xhekaj to the Rocket and kept Joel Armia on the roster in order to maximize their payroll and the money they can reuse from the long-term injured list.
