In the 2022 draft, the Canadiens struck hard in the 2nd round, with the selections of Owen Beck and Lane Hutson. We haven't seen Hutson yet because he plays in the NCAA, but Beck has left a good impression two years in a row. Now back in the OHL, Beck could well be traded to the London Knights after the World Junior Hockey Championship. This would be excellent news for his development, as they are a highly recognized organization in the OHL. Many saw him with the Rocket this year, but returning to junior, burning up the league and going to the World Championship is a better idea according to Habs management. <div align='center'><blockquote class='twitter-tweet' data-lang='en'><a href='https://twitter.com/mndamico/status/1709252996297564665?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1709252996297564665%7Ctwgr%5E8d962c09790750e367d154c7d8cd872f661cb43d%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.habsetlnh.com%2Fcanadiens-de-montreal%2FTransactions-le-jeune-joueur-de-centre-des-Canadiens-de-Montreal-Owen-Beck-serait-echange-possiblement-par-Peterborough-dans-la-OHL-apres-le-CMJ'> </a></blockquote></div>
