The Edmonton Oilers pulled out a double-OT thriller in game one against the Dallas Stars, and now their coach has revealed the status of Adam Henrique for game two. Despite the absence of Adam Henrique, the Edmonton Oilers have thrived in the playoffs, and after a huge win in game one of this series, the team may look to insert him for game two. When asked about Henrique's status moving forward, this is what Oilers coach Kris Knoblauch had to say; Kris Knoblauch says Oilers have a decision to make on Adam Henrique. He's thinking about inserting him in Game 2. Called him 98 per cent, but added a bit more time would make him 100 per cent.

Even at 98%, Henrique could be a major upgrade to the Oilers bottom-six, and thus far in the playoffs, Knoblauch has pulled all the right strings, so the team clearly trust him to make the right call here. In 22 games with the Oilers in the regular season, Henrique netted three goals alongside six assists, and while he's not a superstar, he's a very effective post-season player, so it would be no surprise to see him return in game two, or at the latest game three back home in Edmonton.
