Today a new segment on Leafs Morning Take featured a conversation with former Maple Leafs enforcer Jay Rosehill who laid into Montreal Canadiens defenseman David Savard. The Toronto Maple Leafs and Montreal Canadiens once again took the ice against one another on Saturday night and many expected a physical and intense contest. What was expected to be a relatively close game turned into a blowout early with the Toronto Maple Leafs taking a commanding 4-1 lead. With the Toronto Maple Leafs up by 3 goals forward Max Domi was looking to have some fun and decided to drop his gloves and try challenging Canadiens defenseman David Savard to a fight. He decided to focus on the Max Domi and David Savard incident. <h3>Jay Rosehill calls out David Savard for refusing to fight Max Domi</h3> During a new episode of Leafs Morning Take former NHL enforcer Jay Rosehill was asked about the scrum between Max Domi and David Savard. When asked about the refusal by David Savard to fight Jay Rosehill did not hold back his criticism. When a guy challenges you to that level you have two options you can step up and accept and defend yourself or you can pretend like you don't know what's going on and scream for the refs to come and save you. On top of his criticism for David Savard, Jay Rosehill was also excited to share his support and admiration for Max Domi and his toughness during this whole ordeal.
