Toronto Maple Leafs head coach Sheldon Keefe didn't mince words in the media following the team losing another game seven to the Boston Bruins in playoffs.

Keefe acknowledged how close the game was, as game seven went to overtime, but it certainly didn't go their way and the dragon remained.

An injury to Joseph Woll forced Keefe to shift back to goaltender Ilya Samsonov, a move they likely weren't comfortable with. However, Samsonov stood tall for the majority of the game, until it mattered, of course. It's believed that Woll was injured in the dying seconds of game six, right around when Boston somehow scored at the last second. Woll obviously practiced and couldn't get into that game mindset with whatever injury he sustained.

With Joseph Woll being it, many Maple Leafs fans were hitting the doomsday button on the game already. Keefe took to the media to defend the players but also said that pivoting on game plans likely messed with the team's swagger and ultimately cost them. There is one thing that's growing clearer, Sheldon Keefe might have to go for a hard-nosed coach to take over the reigns in Toronto. Is Dean Evason or Craig Berube the next head coach of the team? Will they get the true potential out of the team?
