Hughes is one of four defencemen selected as part of the team, including Cale Makar, Erin Ambrose, and Megan Keller. He became the first Canuck to ever win the Norris Trophy, receiving 172 of 194 possible votes. <a href='https://www.nhl.com/oilers/player/connor-mcdavid-8478402' class='lien_marqueur' target='_blank' rel='noopener'>McDavid</a> was phenomenal last season too, guiding his Oilers all the way to game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals. He finished the season having played in 76 games, scoring 32 goals and adding a whopping 100 assists for a total of 132 points. <a href='https://www.nhl.com/jets/player/connor-hellebuyck-8476945' class='lien_marqueur' target='_blank' rel='noopener'>Hellebuyck</a> was the best goaltender in the NHL last season. He won the Vezina Trophy with the Jets, having played in 60 games, winning 37 of those and compiling a 2.39 GAA with a .921 save percentage.
