Alarming Scene as Frederic is Possibly Choked by Rival

Last night, Wednesday, Game 2 took place between the Florida Panthers and the Boston Bruins. The night ended with a triumphant 6-3 win for the Panthers. Sadly the game did not end there.

Disturbing scene

Panthers' forward Ryan Lomberg appeared to be choking Bruins' forward Trent Frederic. In fact, you can see Frederic on the floor barely able to move and Lomberg on top of him.

It's still questionable whether Lomberg genuinely choked Frederic but even with the intervention of the referee, Lomberg did not let him go!

In the wake of this unsettling event, no additional disciplinary actions have been imposed.

Villain List

Nonetheless, the Bruins will definitely have to keep a watchful eye on Lomberg in Game 3. It's also probable that Lomberg has earned a spot on the Bruins' notorious villain list.

This unnerving incident has only fueled the fire of the already heated rivalry between the Panthers and the Bruins. As the series proceeds to Game 3, fans can expect more high-stakes action and emotions running high on both sides.
