Bad News for Arber Xhekaj

After seeing Rem Pitlick demoted to the Laval Rocket this morning, the return of Michael Matheson to the Habs' defensive line was inevitable. Changes to the lineup were expected for Saturday's game.

A regular defenseman was expected to lose his spot and it seems that the worst news is confirmed for Arber Xhekaj. He will most likely be in the press box with Chris Wideman tomorrow.

Indeed, Michael Matheson was practicing with Joel Edmundson on a regular pair today.
