Something quite out of the ordinary happened in the game between the Florida Panthers and the Boston Bruins on Sunday night. One thing is certain, the series was on the line and both teams put on a good show until overtime. To everyone's surprise, the Panthers won their third consecutive match-up and sent the regular season champions on vacation. However, Bruins fans are furious for a reason, as they feel they were cheated. There was a bug on the scoreboard late in the third period. The home team was leading 3-2 and heading for victory, but a Panthers goal was called. Moments later, there was actually a goal scored by Brandon Montour.

To be clear, this was a bug and there was no cheating on any side in what happened. It's understandable that fans' frustration is palpable and they're looking for meaning in the loss, however. Here is the footage in question:

Credit: Gonordiques.com
