David Reinbacher Suffers an Injury and Does Not Return To The Game

David Reinbacher, the 5th overall pick in the last draft, is playing his 2nd season in Switzerland's top league. The Canadiens prospect is playing his 3rd game and has just suffered a worrying injury.

As you can see in the following video, he went knee-first into the boards and took a long time to get up. He returned to finish the first period, but was absent to start the second.

Let's hope it's more fear than harm, because a serious injury could be very damaging to his development.
