The Canadiens are becoming an inspiring team to watch. The youngsters are pushing on and sooner or later, the road to victory will come. We're not necessarily talking Stanley Cup, but a team with a positive record would be a good start. What the organization and its leaders are building is very strong. You can see the chemistry on and off the ice. Cole Caufield is definitely part of that group of leaders, and he had a big statement to make. Pierre LeBrun ran an article about how many star players don't want to play in Canada. Weather, taxes and other factors mean they're all asking to head south. Just think of Matthew Tkachuk or Pierre-Luc Dubois, for example. For Caufield, it's good riddance: If you don't want to be here [in Montreal], get out. That's the mentality we have. - Cole Caufield I love it! The players stick together and if anyone isn't happy with their lot with the CH, they're invited to leave and Kent Hughes isn't shy about completing a deal. Jeff Petry and Rem Pitlick come to mind, both of whom asked to be traded. Hughes made their wish come true, and the team is the better for it.
