Islanders goalie prospect lets in an embarassing goal from the other end of the ice

The New York Islanders goaltender prospect pool is quite small. They have veteran Corey Schneider and unproven NHL goaltender Ken Appleby, both of whom are 27 years old, behind their duo of Ilya Sorokin and Semyon Varlamov.

Appleby, who would normally be second in line for a call-up spot, was recently demoted to the ECHL.
