Adam Fantilli is a very promising player with a bright future in the NHL. There's a reason he's ranked second, just behind Connor Bedard. However, the true second pick in terms of talent would probably be Matvei Michkov, but his situation will cause him to slide down the ranks. Kent Hughes has already mentioned that he is reluctant to take the youngster and we know that other teams are in the same position. That's not the case with the Ducks, who would have no problem selecting Michkov. According to Hockey Night in Montreal, Kent Hughes could make a major trade with Anaheim for the second pick.

Habs: 2nd overall

Ducks: 5th overall, 2025 first (CGYs pick), 2nd rd pick- ʜᴏᴄᴋᴇʏ ɴɪɢʜᴛ ɪɴ ᴍᴏɴᴛʀᴇᴀʟ (@HNIMtl) May 20, 2023
So the Habs would get the second overall pick (Adam Fantilli) and the Ducks would get the fifth overall pick (Matvei Michkov?), the Flames first round pick in 2025 and the Habs second round pick in 2023. Personally, I wouldn't make this deal since the Flames are not going to be very competitive in the next few years. Moreover, the fifth round pick of the Habs is still very interesting.
