We know that Nick Suzuki is a unifier. Not only on the ice, but off it too. The captain spends his summers in Montreal, and his younger teammates are beginning to follow suit. Kaiden Guhle in particular spent a lot of time in the metropolis this summer. Logan Mailloux, Arber Xhekaj, Josh Anderson and many others also spent time in Montreal this summer. In short, without the captain, it probably wouldn't be the case. Suzuki isn't just a rallying force with his teammates, he's also one with the fans. He regularly takes part in events and charities to give back to the community. Recently, he got involved by donating $10,000 to the Club des petits déjeuners. This was followed by a statement that says a lot about him: <q>This is the mark I want to leave at the end of my professional career. I want to be more than a hockey player. - Nick Suzuki</q> It's with small gestures like this that Suzuki will make his mark on the community. The Habs captain absolutely has to be a class act, and we have a good one on our hands. <iiffrraammee src=https://www.facebook.com/plugins/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FRDS%2Fposts%2Fpfbid02X98U8bzN7HseLxXsqPADKAUrH3DbGJXgB91BneKRx5scJ6fo9LVNTxvchhpgJa6xl&show_text=true height=674 style=width:100%;max-width:500px;border:none;overflow:hidden scrolling=no frameborder=0 allowfullscreen=true allow=autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture; web-share></iiffrraammee>
