Without much surprise, the Montreal Canadiens announced in the last few minutes that they have traded young forward Filip Mesar to the Kitchener Rangers of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL),

Clearly, a decision that will not make the youngster happy, but will allow him to develop properly.

Mesar, 18, was a first round pick of the Tricolore in the last draft, 26th overall.
