Gary Bettman, the NHL Commissioner, is certainly no stranger to criticism. Throughout his long tenure, fans have been quick to poke fun at him for various reasons, one of the most recent being the introduction of digital board ads. However, as is often the case, Bettman may have the last laugh. The NHL's digital board ads have been widely disliked by fans. Despite their annoyance, it appears the Emmy selection committee sees things differently.
