With the Vegas Golden Knights leading the series 2-0 against the Florida Panthers, the Stanley Cup final now heads to Florida's FLA Live Arena.

This situation couldn't have come at a better time for the Panthers, who have struggled in this series, particularly in Game Two, which resulted in a 7-2 defeat and saw Sergi Bobrovsky being replaced by backup goaltender Alex Lyons.

The Golden Knights' offense has been spearheaded by forward Jonathan Marchessault, who is emerging as the front runner for the Conn Smythe Trophy with 12 goals and 9 assists in 19 games.

However, Panthers defenseman Ryan Lomberg doesn't seem impressed by Marchessault's performance. When asked on Wednesday about the need to contain Marchessault, Lomberg took a jab at him, saying,

"It's not Connor McDavid or anything like that it's just the match-up in the series."

While it's true that Marchessault is not in the same league as McDavid, he is currently playing the best hockey of his career and is undoubtedly having an impressive playoff run.
