The National Hockey League announced a rule change in the last few days. With the constant advancement of cameras and video replays, it's nice to see the league adjust. Therefore, referees will now be able to completely overturn a major penalty after video review. Before, officials could either uphold an initial major penalty or downgrade it to a two-minute minor.
