The New York Islanders announced today that they have put Kieffer Bellows on waivers. He will be available for free to all teams in the league. <div align='center'><blockquote class='twitter-tweet' data-lang='en'><a href='https://twitter.com/FriedgeHNIC/status/1585330985255985153?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1585330985255985153%7Ctwgr%5Ea9d5f168389966519c132124ba32c50f66b0020e%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.fanadiens.com%2FLe-fils-dun-ancien-du-Canadien-de-Montreal-est-desormais-a-la-disponibilite-de-Kent-Hughes-169454'> </a></blockquote></div> Bellows, 24, was a first round pick by the Islanders in 2016. Unfortunately, he has never settled in well with the Islanders so far, despite putting up a decent 19 points in 45 games last year. Bellows is also the son of former forward Brian Bellows, who played for the CH for three seasons between 1992 and 1995. He's definitely an interesting player, and his is being made available for free to Kent Hughes.
