In a concerning update, we learned that Mitch Marner wasn't on the ice for the Leafs' practice that went down earlier today in Montreal.

Mitch Marner Absent From Practice Ahead of Tonight's Game Against the Canadiens



The Maple Leafs are set to face the Canadiens tonight and they could have to play without one of their star players: Mitch Marner.

David Alter, a reporter covering the Leafs, shared on X that Marner could be missing due to a tough fall he had in a game against the Bruins, last Thursday.


"It appears as though Mitch Marner is absent. He took that nasty fall against the Bruins on Thursday. "
