Brad Marchand gets tossed by referee after heated exchange

During yet another classic playoff matchup
between the Bruins and Leafs, some chaos ensued when it appeared that a ref tossed Brad Marchand.
Late in a crucial game 5 between the Bruins and Maple Leafs, Brad Marchand got tangled up in a play after the whistle. Before things could escalate too far, one of the officials stepped in tossed Marchand. The linesman accidentally takes out Marchand 🤭
In true Marchand fashion, he took the dive - just in case. Whether the ref ran him over or he took the dive, fans on twitter (not Bruins fans) were really enjoying the scene.
The exchange started with Marchand and Holmberg getting tangled up during the play, but the ref apparently had no time for Marchand's shenanigans after the whistle.

Marchand ended up with a minor penalty for the play. As it currently the stands, the Leafs are playing for their season as we enter OT.
