Tonight things continue to go downhill for the Vancouver Canucks as Quinn Hughes has been pulled off the ice and made a late scratch after taking warmups. Over the last several days the health of Quinn Hughes has been a mystery after he seemed to be skating gingerly the other night. Miller in the lineup. Now without him, the Canucks will have to find a way to gut out a win without two of their biggest producers so far this season. If Hughes' injury is more serious than originally thought that would be a huge blow to the Canucks as they try to gain momentum back after the drama that has filled their season so far. Likely the Canucks will not update Hughes' status until after tonight's game as the media will almost certainly ask head coach Rick Tocchet what led Hughes not to play tonight.
