The Toronto Maple Leafs picked up a thrilling OT win over the Anaheim Ducks on Wednesday night, but after the game, the Toronto media showed plenty of disrespect, and it was quickly called out.
Anaheim Ducks call out the Toronto Sun on social media

After the game, the Toronto Sun posted an embarrassing headline that called Lukas Dostal, the goaltender in the game a 'no-name goalie', and the Ducks weren't about to stand for the disrespect. His name is Lukas Dostal. He had 55 saves last night. He was NHL Rookie of the Month in October. Be better, @TheTorontoSun

He may not yet be a household name, but Dostal was indeed Rookie of the Month in October, and he's been putting up great numbers as the backup of John Gibson all season long.
A solid goaltender of the future for Anaheim
In 16 starts this year, Dostal has a 3.53 GAA, but a more than respectable .901 save percentage, and with the Ducks mediocre defensive group in front of him, those numbers look even better. While it may be excusable for his first or second start, Dostal has now played in 39 games at the NHL level, and the clickbait type headline from the Toronto Sun showed too much disrespect, so it was great to see the Ducks call this out as they continue to prepare Dostal as the goaltender of the future in Anaheim.
