Nick Suzuki is a quiet and humble young man. We know him as a hockey player, but we still have a lot to learn about him. Anthony Martineau of TVA Sports had a great story to tell us about the Canadiens' new captain. Martineau spoke with Suzuki's former teammate in junior, Kaleb Pearson, when he played for Owen Sound. According to Pearson, Nick is a great team player: « This story about Zuke happened during my last year with Owen Sound. Nick was already a member of the Canadiens. One day, our team was in Ottawa and we had the opportunity to attend the Canadians' morning skate. After practice was over, Nick came in and saw all the guys and coaches from Owen Sound (his old gang). He came right over to us. As we were talking, the CH bus left for the hotel without him. He could have found any way to get to his team, but he chose to get on our bus so he could be with all the guys for a long time. That's what he wanted. It shows you the kind of guy he is. That's what the Canadiens will get as a captain. »

Now imagine what he would be willing to do for his teammates!
