The story of Logan Mailloux has caused quite a stir. The young man made a mistake and was severely punished by the OHL. A lot of water has passed under the bridge since then and the Habs organization is proud to have him in its ranks. While everything points to the future in the case of Mailloux, Normand Flynn is back to dig up his demon from the past with a controversial proposal. Flynn had this to say on BPM Sports: « I would have him sign a contract and say, behind closed doors, 'You're going to give 50 percent of your salary to victims of sexual abuse. - Norman Flynn

The Montreal Canadiens organization and Logan Mailloux himself have done a lot of positive things in relation to sexual abuse. Isn't making him pay 50% more of his salary too much? Without trivializing the act, we'll have to come back to it at some point. Nevertheless, Flynn believes that Mailloux will soon belong to the NHL and that he is quite a field hockey player.
