A furious Arber Xhekaj threw down the gloves against Ryan Reaves last night in Toronto. The Maple Leafs' strongman gave Kaiden Guhle a dubious check, which really didn't please the Habs' Sheriff. Not only did Xhekaj literally jump on him, Reaves couldn't even defend himself. He was dominated. What's more, as a player, the Habs' defenseman is a much better hockey player. In short, even Leafs journalists, who aren't usually very complimentary about the Habs, are jealous of this finding. <q>Arber Xhekaj who doesn't hesitate for a second to throw down the gloves against Ryan Reaves. He'll be a problem for us (Toronto) for a long time, that one (referring to Xhekaj). - Steve Dangle</q> The result of this brawl is obvious. The CH scored two goals as a result and Reaves kept quiet for the rest of the game. Even though the Habs lost in a shootout, it's a small victory for number 72, whose value continues to rise. For journalist Anthony Martineau, it's simply priceless. <div align='center'><blockquote class='twitter-tweet' data-lang='en'><a href='https://twitter.com/Antho_Martineau/status/1712460975079600251?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1712460975079600251%7Ctwgr%5Ea6be37aa332ef6b0e8451b2355dd1eb339b0e7c6%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.habsetlnh.com%2Fcanadiens-de-montreal%2FLes-fans-des-Leafs-reclament-une-transaction-pour-Arber-Xhekaj-et-sa-valeur-dechange-est-revelee'> </a></blockquote></div> <div align='center'><blockquote class='twitter-tweet' data-lang='en'><a href='https://twitter.com/Steve_Dangle/status/1712250010379636917?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1712250010379636917%7Ctwgr%5Ea6be37aa332ef6b0e8451b2355dd1eb339b0e7c6%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.habsetlnh.com%2Fcanadiens-de-montreal%2FLes-fans-des-Leafs-reclament-une-transaction-pour-Arber-Xhekaj-et-sa-valeur-dechange-est-revelee'> </a></blockquote></div>
