The identities of the men in question have been revealed.

Four NHL players from the gold-medal-winning 2018 Canada World Junior Carter Hart, Michael McLeod, Dillon Dube, and Cal Foote have been asked to report to the police in London, Ontario. It's in connection with something that allegedly went down during a Hockey Canada event back in June 2018. They're expected to turn themselves in before the London Police Service holds a press conference on Monday. Their lawyers aren't saying much about it.

The Players Involved: Backgrounds and Current Status

None of these allegations have been proven, and the case was closed by the police back in February 2019 because there wasn't enough evidence.

Now, as for these four players, they're all 25 years old and have taken leaves of absence from their NHL teams. Hart is with the Philadelphia Flyers, McLeod plays for the New Jersey Devils, Dube is with the Calgary Flames, and Foote has bounced between the Devils and the AHL.

They've joined Alex Formenton, a former Ottawa Senators player who left his team in Switzerland and surrendered to London Police on Sunday.

It's a sticky situation, and everyone's waiting to see how it all plays out. Yet remember, until anything is proven, it's all just speculation.
