There has been a lot of criticism directed towards the officiating during the playoffs. In yesterday's game, the third one between the Golden Knights and the Panthers, two incidents occurred where the referees' decisions cast a shadow over the match.

The one that caused a lot of debate is a penalty given in the last ten seconds of the third period to Gustav Forsling.

Interestingly, we have seen many similar cross-checks throughout the playoffs, but this particular incident was singled out.

Serious Accusations

These events have led to claims of game rigging by the NHL. Some people believe that a win for the Golden Knights in the Stanley Cup would benefit everyone involved financially, considering the team's large fan base in Vegas.
