The Arizona Coyotes received disappointing news on Tuesday when they lost a public vote for the bid on a new arena. As a result, they learned today that they would continue playing in Mullet Arena instead of the desired Tempe Entertainment District. Now, the Coyotes face another potential issue as the father of Clayton Keller, a superstar player on the team, recently shared on social media that his son might be seeking a trade from the Coyotes. Keller will not be there at the beginning of the season and expect others to follow or not sign. Team will be moved, there are no other options in Phoenix will regret losing a professional sports team. City just got diluted from a perception standpoint. Privately financed too. Wow that's definitely news Coyotes fans didn't want to here, all though Keller is signed until the 2027-28 season, his no trade-clause no move-clause doesn't kick in until after next season meaning the Coyotes could move Keller wherever. It's just unfortunate the Coyotes look to be losing the face of the franchise.
