However, we're not talking about Michkov here, but rather the 1st pick, 5th overall in 2022, Cutter Gauthier. Like Michkov, he failed to show up at the Flyers' development camp, but without warning. As for Michkov, the Flyers had long known that his KHL contract prevented him from attending. This is really surprising coming from Gauthier, who is a very promising prospect for them.
