It's not every day in today's NHL that you get an absolute throwdown between two tough guys, but last night was a treat. Take a look at what could be the fight of the year.
Tinordi and Sabourin Drop the Gloves in Insane Fight
Fighting is definitely becoming more rare in the NHL. But every once in a while we get to see two tough guys throw haymakers. Last night was one of those times. During the Blackhawks versus Sharks game, Scott Sabourin and Jarred Tinordi decided to square up in what could be the fight of the year. THAT'S HOCKEY BABY.

The fight was pretty even, with the two taking turns connecting right-hand blows to one another. It was a close bout, and the two veteran tough guys agreed to end the tilt before the fight was taken to the ground.
Blackhawks Edge Out Sharks in Battle For the Bottom
The fight was at least one thing that was interesting in the game last night between what is likely the two worst teams in the NHL right now. Without Connor Bedard, the Blackhawks have effectively found their way to the bottom of the standings. However, they were able to squeak out a win last night against potentially the only team having a worse season.

Blackhawks fans will be happy with the win, but are probably eagerly awaiting the return of their future in Connor Bedard.
