Since the arrival of Kent Hughes as GM of the Habs, he has made many good moves. It's hard to say which one is the best because he has made so many good transactions.

But his work does not stop there. The draft seems to have been a great success this summer and many off-ice hires have been very beneficial for the organization.

In fact, one of those hires was the best decision he ever made, according to him. In an interview with Anthony Martineau, Hughes admitted that Martin St-Louis was the best addition to his team.

It took a lot of guts to hire an inexperienced coach like St. Louis, but it's paid off big time so far.
