The Boston Bruins came to our backyard with the acquisition of Anthony Richard. It's hard to understand the Quebecer's decision, given that he signed a two-way contract. Now, Kent Hughes trade for 24-year-old goaltender Jeremy Swayman. Swayman has asked to be traded for a chance to become number-one goalie elsewhere. With Linus Ullmark ahead of him, Swayman is restricted and hungry to play more games. The Habs still don't officially have a number-one goaltender, and we have no idea what will happen with Samuel Montembeault this season. Imagine the scenario if Hughes pulls a rabbit out of his hat and is able to get his hands on Swayman.
