Oh how I love this sequence! Defenseman Jacob Trouba is a very dangerous player on the ice. He has made many victims since the beginning of his career, with his hits not necessarily always illegal and unacceptable, but he plays on the edge most of the time. During a game between the New Jersey Devils and the New York Rangers yesterday, we were treated to the return of the pendulum, as an unusual scene involving him quickly made the rounds on the web. Needless to say, many fans like me were thrilled to see this sequence, where Trouba did it again, trying to completely destroy star player Nico Hischier, but it really didn't go as planned for the big defenseman. He missed completely, and ended up in the air while hitting the boards heavily. The best part was that he was shaken up on the sequence, but the Rangers captain was able to continue the game. Here is the sequence in question: <div align='center'><blockquote class='twitter-tweet' data-lang='en'><a href='https://twitter.com/ryannovo62/status/1597448204684967937?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1597448204684967937%7Ctwgr%5E3901273c143bf2f4c415f5a0369ac84e236878d4%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.habsetlnh.com%2FJacob-Trouba-tente-de-completement-detruire-Nico-Hischier-mais-ca-prend-une-tournure-inattendue-pour-lui-et-ca-fait-le-tour-du-web-181385'> </a></blockquote></div> Credit: <a href='https://www.habsetlnh.com/equipe-lnh/canadiens-de-montreal/Jacob-Trouba-tente-de-completement-detruire-Nico-Hischier-mais-ca-prend-une-tournure-inattendue-pour-lui-et-ca-fait-le-tour-du-web' class='lien_marqueur' target='_blank' rel='noopener'>Habs & NHL</a>
