Not much has gone right for the Edmonton Oilers this season. Last night, one player had an insult added to his misery as a mishap during warmups left him bloodied.

Nurse Caught In Face With Errant Puck During Warmups

Oilers veteran defenseman Darnell Nurse was taking warmups last night when he was suddenly struck in the head by a puck. Nurse traditionally does not wear a helmet during warmups and that was the case last night as well. The incident appeared to break Nurse's nose as both nostrils were stuffed with plugs.

Edmonton Oilers Struggles Continue With Another Loss
