Nazem Kadri Responds To Being Called Out After Bunting Hit

Former Toronto Maple Leafs forward Nazem Kadri responded on his social media feed after being mentioned by TSN's Overdrive host Brian Hayes on the recent hit by Leafs forward Michael Bunting on Tampa Bay Lightning's Erik Cernak on Tuesday night.

Hayes compared the hit to "Shades Of Nazem Kadri," referring to Kadri's suspension during the playoffs when he played for the Maple Leafs.

Kadri took issue with Hayes and TSN Hockey's comments and called them out on his social media saying:

"Y'all gotta leave me outta this one 😂 common man!"

All though the hits were similar Leafs fans really need to let that go. Kadri has moved on to become a very reasonable player helping the Colorado Avalanche win their first Stanly Cup since the Patrick Roy Era. Meanwhile the Leafs are looking like they will be heading home after the first round yet again.
