Montreal Canadiens captain Nick Suzuki was not in a good mood last night after the loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning. He was especially angry about a specific aspect that has been lacking for a long time with the Tricolore, but even more so this season. He completely vented his anger in a post-game interview, as he sent a serious message to his teammates, but also to a specific coach. We're not playing well enough, our power play is embarrassing right now. We're not producing scoring chances and it's killing our momentum. We need to be better, our [scoring] percentage is embarrassing. - Nick Suzuki Without saying it directly, by talking specifically about an aspect like the power play as the big problem right now with the Habs, the CH number 14 is kind of throwing coach Alex Burrows under the bus. The latter is in charge of this aspect of the game, and clearly nothing seems to work since his arrival. Martin St-Louis even added a layer during his press conference, mentioning that it was affecting a lot of the key players of the team. <It affects our key players a lot because a working power play gives you confidence that you can carry five-on-five. So our key players' performance is greatly affected by the performance of the power play right now. We're going to keep working to go out and get some answers. - Martin St. Louis This has become a serious problem for the Canadian that will need to be answered very soon!
