Official Communication From the Canadiens Concerning Jonathan Drouin

The Habs players took to the ice today for their daily practice and there were two absentees on the ice.

Forwards Jonathan Drouin and Joel Armia were missing.

To explain the situation, the Canadiens officially announced that Drouin and Armia were absent for a treatment day.

With the imminent return of Michael Matheson to the lineup, some roster moves are expected and the absence of the Quebecer has led to some speculation about him. Following the team's press release, it is expected that he will be available for the Tricolore's next game.
