The Sabres got off to a relatively slow start but seemed to be getting things together recently. Now one of their players may have set the team back as he was ejected from their game against the Devils tonight. <h2>Clifton Goes Head Hunting</h2> Sabres defenseman Connor Clifton hit the Devils captain up high and the officials saw it all the way. Clifton was given a major and match penalty on the play.
