At this time, it should be noted that we are still waiting for news on an update on the injury suffered by Juraj Slafkovsky, during Sunday's game against the New York Rangers.

Remember that the CH rookie left the game and never returned afterwards.

However, information from a popular sports injury doctor on Twitter revealed a very disturbing detail about the possible injury suffered by the Slovak.

"I hope Juraj Slafkovsky does not suffer a fractured kneecap, which would force him to miss several months of activity and end his season. I don't really see any other option based on the sequence, but it's still possible that it's a minor fall and he's not injured too seriously." - Dr. Harjas Grewa

It's an increasingly popular and appreciated practice in the sports world, as doctors publicly speak out about the injuries of some players, mentioning possible prognoses on it.

It's seen a lot in the NFL, and we're seeing more and more of it as well on those sustained in the hockey world.

Generally speaking, these doctors are often right, but the fact remains that since they don't do the medical evaluation themselves, sometimes the verdict is not as bad as expected.

We will have to wait until tomorrow, during the press conference of the general manager Kent Hughes, to have an update on the health of the first choice of the Habs, but it must be said that the statement of the doctor about him is not very encouraging.

More details will follow.
