When you're a fan of a sports team and a local lad plays in the organization, there's a certain sense of mutual pride. It's true that in Montreal, the pressure is enormous on Quebec players, but when they perform, there's no better place. Unfortunately for others, their ceiling isn't high enough to play in the big league and they have to leave.
